What is a transfer ?
A transfer is privately booked ride from the airport to the hotel or vice versa for you and your companions.
What about my luggage ?
Your driver will carry your luggage into the vehicle and deposit it once you get at your location.
How do I find my driver ?
15 minutes previous to your arrival, your driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a card with your name inscribed on it.
What kind of vehicle will I be using to get around?
A dedicated car with the capacity to accommodate your crew and luggage will be given based on your details and the amount of individuals accompanying you.
How and when do I pay ?
After the ride, you will pay your driver directly. Mauritius rupees, euros, dollars, and British pounds are all accepted.
What exactly am I paying for ?
Your given price includes taxes, tolls, and fees, and it is the total amount due. Note that if you choose to pay via card upon arrival, a 5% bank fee increase will be applied.
My flight has been delayed. What do I do?
No worries. Our travel agent closely monitors the flight schedule of our clients and adjust accordingly. In the case that your flight is cancelled or delayed by more than 6 hours, please send us an email for re scheduling.
Are baby seats included ?
Baby seats are included based on your needs, and there is no additional payment.

1. All pricing shown are for a single vehicle, not per person.
2.Payment options include:
(1) Pay the driver in cash in EUR, MUR, or USD after the transfer.
3. Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the activity will receive a full refund.
4. The first child seat is free and available upon request. The cost of an additional child seat is EUR 10 per seat.
5. Our regular automobiles can accommodate two people and three medium-sized baggage as well as carry-on luggage. If you have heavy sports luggage, such as golf bags or surf equipment, please choose a larger vehicle or contact us before to your arrival
